Pickmotion is available all over Europe - and that's why in our #awesomeshop segment, in which we introduce great and unique shops and their owners, we're showing you a beautiful little shop in France today that invites us to dream about Antibes: Le Vélo de Léon! Luisa, who runs the shop with her husband Jacques, told me in our little interview what makes her shop special and of course what she likes best about our cards.
In August we went on a weekend trip to Rome, the capital of Italy, and since I can't resist documenting everything on film, I managed to get quite a few pictures despite the summer heatwave. Because of my interest in the experimental, I captured Rome from a variety of different angles to show the variety of ways of looking at and perceiving this breathtaking city. Despite the recent renovation of the shop, Katharina, the owner of Optiks, found time to tell me what she likes best about Pickmotion and what makes her shop so special!

You know her as @laomapupi on Instagram - a strange, weird name? It's hard to believe that it's thanks to a Hawaiian name generator! This time our interview guest, real name Steffi, was invited to sit on the couch in our Pickmotion office. Her gallery follows a sophisticated lighting dramaturgy and captures not only the port city of Stralsund but also the rough and tumble of Berlin. We talked about the scent of her homeland, color aversions and the perfect picture.
Anyone who takes a look at her gallery for the first time can hardly escape the fascination - even in the geometric compositions there is a delicacy and poetry that is rare. @helinbereket suggests the "Nah am Wasser angebracht" on the Kiehlufer in Neukölln as a meeting point. The smell of coffee, brick walls, colored windows and two swings, a place to linger for a while.

We meet Antonio in the burger shop 'Lily Burger' - where the chaotic tags on different colored walls make a great background for our photos. However, the red-haired Colombian is a little disappointed when he is not asked to pose for us. We talk about fashion photography, his alter ego Juan and his wife's wardrobe.
