You know her as @laomapupi on Instagram - a strange, weird name? It's hard to believe that it's thanks to a Hawaiian name generator! This time our interview guest, real name Steffi, was invited to sit on the couch in our Pickmotion office. Her gallery follows a sophisticated lighting dramaturgy and captures not only the port city of Stralsund but also the rough and tumble of Berlin. We talked about the scent of her homeland, color aversions and the perfect picture.

Lorenz Hartmann founded PICKMOTION in spring 2014 with a small series of Berlin postcards in instant photo style. The publishing house now operates across Europe, licenses images from more than 300 Instagram photographers and the product range has been expanded from postcards to folding cards and magnets.
