Shipping Information

We deliver our products to all EU countries.

We will ship your order with the German Post and DHL . Shipping costs vary depending on the product quantity and size. We send our postcards without tracking with Deutsche Post and charge a shipping fee of 2.50€ . All other products require larger packaging and are shipped with DHL. The shipping costs are then 4,50€ and you will receive a tracking code so you can track your shipment at any time.

Shipping to packing stations or post offices

You can also have your order delivered to a Packstation or post office. This has the advantage that you cannot miss the delivery of your package and can simply pick it up yourself within the specified time period. To do this, you must register with Deutsche Post in advance and they will then inform you when your order is ready for collection. There are no additional costs.

Delivery times

We will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Depending on the volume of orders, your order will be processed within 1 to 2 days. This means that the total delivery time is 3 to 5 working days . If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, we will process it the following working day. During the Christmas period, delivery times and delays may occur.
