Späth'sche Baumschule - Lichterglanz im Tannenwald
A beautiful Christmas market that takes place for the last time this year on the third weekend of advent: The “Lichterglanz im Tannenwald” (blaze of lights in a forest) by the Späth’sche Baumschule. The name of the Christmas markets already gives you an idea on what to expect: a whole historic area covered in beautiful lights! You will also find more than 100 booths that offer impressive handicrafts, jewelry, fabrics and many delicacies, all surrounded by atmospheric live music. Children will also be delighted with performances and fun music. On top of that, you can pick your very own Christmas tree to take home and decorate for the holidays!
The Christmas market at Späth'schen Baumschule will take place on December 10-11, 2022, admission costs 5-8€, no admission costs for children up to 16 years.
Christmas Market by Charlottenburg Palace
A romantic setting and beautiful illuminations can be admired at the Christmas market at Charlottenburg Palace. About 250 international exhibitors present unique handicrafts, gift ideas and, of course, some tasty treats. The glittering light installations and natural decorative materials give the Christmas Market at Charlottenburg Palace a particularly cozy and somewhat rustic atmosphere. In case you’re feeling hungry, you should check out the winter open-air restaurant that offers international snacks or meals and a warm place to sit down.
Unfortunately, the Christmas market will probably take place for the last time this year. However, the organizers are trying to save the Christmas market with the help of a petition. So don't miss the chance and be sure to check out their website as well.
The Christmas market at Charlottenburg Palace will take place until December 26, 2022.

Lucia Christmas Market
In the middle of Berlin and yet quite comfortable and cozy: the Lucia Christmas Market in the historic Kulturbrauerei. The Christmas market has a Scandinavian touch and brings joy to adults as well as children with beautiful exhibitions as well as a small knight's castle, a nostalgic chain carousel or a visit of Santa Claus himself!
The Lucia Christmas Market is open daily until December 22, 2022. Admission is free of charge.

Lichterzauber Zitadelle Spandau
Another highlight in Berlin is the Lichterzauber at the Zitadelle Spandau! This location used to be an alternate site for the Spandau Old Town Christmas Market for the past two years and has since become an absolute favorite of Berliners. Surrounded by historic walls, this Christmas market is already great for its extra cozy location. You will also be surrounded by this wonderful smell of roasted almonds and discover many beautiful, traditional stalls with handicrafts and other gift ideas. For an extra dose of fun, you should also check out the new ice skating rink and two curling rinks!
The Lichterzauber in der Zitadelle Spandau is open until December 30th, the entrance fee is between 3,50€ and 4,50€, children up to 16 years are free of admission.
