Shipping information

Currently we ship our products within Germany and selected countries, such as Switzerland. Depending on the country, the shiping costs may vary. The costs written down below apply to shipping in Germany.

We will send your order with the Deutsche Post and DHL. The shipping costs vary depending on the quantity and size of the product. We send our postcards without tracking with the Deutsche Post and charge a shipping fee of € 2.50. All other products require larger packaging and are sent with DHL. The shipping costs are then € 4.90 and you will receive a tracking code so that you can track your shipment at any time.

From a purchase value of 35 €, there will be no additional shipping costs. 

Shipping to packing stations or post offices

You can also have your order delivered to a packing station or post office. This has the advantage that you cannot miss the delivery of your package and you can simply pick it up within the given period. To do this, you have to register with the Deutsche Post in advance and they will then inform you when your order is ready to be picked up. There are no additional costs.

Delivery times

We try to deliver your order as soon as possible. Depending on the order volume, your order will be processed within 1 to 2 days. This means that the total delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. If you have placed your order on a weekend or on a public holiday, we will process it on the following working day.
