Where exactly is your store located? What does it look like there?
Our shop Glücksmoment is located in the beautiful Hanseatic city of Bremen.
In the rural area on the Wümme, in the heart of the town of Borgfeld, friends of beautiful things and connoisseurs are invited on a journey of discovery. Since our reopening in March 2019, in addition to the wide range of teas, we have also offered selected oils & vinegars, dips and (grill) sauces as well as liqueurs and spirits (rum, whiskey, gin, grain). Lovingly selected gift and decorative items to give as gifts or for yourself decorate our stylishly furnished shop.
What is the basic concept of your store?
We want to delight our customers with our carefully selected products, bring them joy and put a smile on their faces, in other words, we offer a completely happy shopping experience. With the young entrepreneurs and small manufacturers on board, we have found real treasures that we are happy to share. That is why you will find special items here that are not available everywhere.
What is special about you?
What is special about our shop is that every customer can try lots of delicacies on site. Fresh dips are provided for tasting every day and a different tea is brewed every day, which you can enjoy while browsing. Little temptations such as cocoa confectionery are welcome and one or two people have even been able to enjoy their own little gin tasting in a cheerful atmosphere. It is important to us that everyone feels welcome and comfortable. We put our heart and soul into it and you can feel it. The goods can be held in your hands and valuable moments are created during the personal advice on site. We attach great importance to stylish, environmentally friendly packaging and offer pretty, self-designed paper bags.
The range is constantly being lovingly developed, so a visit is always worthwhile.
How do you use the advantages of brick-and-mortar retail? How do you differentiate yourself from other stores and/or online shops?
We don't just want to sell products in our shop, we also want to build a personal relationship with our customers, which is why customers are welcome to touch and try everything - after all, they should know what they are buying and feel comfortable with it. A web shop simply cannot offer such customer-oriented personal advice or the opportunity to try things out directly.
In your opinion, how do you fit in with Pickmotion? How did you find Pickmotion?
Pickmotion is just the perfect fit for us. The Polaroid-like cards are very individual and allow emotions to speak for themselves. Whether as the icing on the cake for a gift for any occasion or simply for yourself - every card gives us a wonderful moment. We got to know Pickmotion in January at the Nordstil in Hamburg while looking for unique products, and that was a great moment for us.
What do you like most about Pickmotion? Which products do you like best?
What we like best is that the pictures are individual, authentic and real, just like us! With Pickmotion we share moments with our customers. There is a lot of laughter and we tell each other anecdotes and stories that are brought back to mind through the cards. That's great - thank you very much for that!
