"The picture was taken during an Instameet with @nordlotsen in the Ozeaneum Stralsund.
This was my first Instameet and I was totally positively surprised. We were given exclusive access before the official opening time so we could look around the Oceanarium undisturbed and also take a look behind the scenes. The icing on the cake was a feeding of the penguins. Everything was just super cute and we could hardly stop taking photos of them. The penguins in the picture acted like three best friends and did everything as a trio: swimming, eating and watching us.
When I took the photo, they were eyeing the keeper who entered the enclosure with a bucket full of what was apparently the best fish in the world.
I like the minimalism it exudes:
Sky, curious penguins, stones - done.
I have been interested in penguins since I was a child. They have a strong social behavior, adopt "orphans" and have lifelong homosexual relationships. Their calmness is something to be learned from. They are also just so cute and I could watch them all day.
Everyone was delighted during the visit and we spent a lot of time on the penguin roof.
Afterwards we strolled through the beautiful old town, had a very good, relaxed meal and all in all a fantastic day and in the evening the sun even came out."
