One of the first stops after arriving in Dublin, Ireland's picturesque capital with its many cobbled streets and also the birthplace of Oscar Wilde, should be Phoenix Park , one of the largest city parks in Europe, on any trip to Ireland. Before you set off on a journey of discovery along the paths of trolls and other mystical creatures, it's time to take a selfie with Bambi in Phoenix Park! More than 400 deer and stags live here, and none of them are camera shy.

The north of Ireland is definitely worth a visit. The Causeway Coastal Route between the cities of Belfast and Derry is a kaleidoscope of green landscapes, imposing cliffs, bubbling mountain streams and waterfalls. One of the main attractions in this area is the Giant's Causeway . Legend has it that the approximately 40,000 basalt columns were formed by giants!

A dramatic atmosphere can be found at the Dark Hedges , which have become a popular tourist destination due to their cameo in Game of Thrones.

Sooner or later, the "most Instagrammed" place in Ireland is on every travel itinerary - the Cliffs of Moher . These steep cliffs stretch for 14 kilometers along the west coast and rise up to 200 meters. They are a must-see for more than just Harry Potter and Star Wars fans and attract millions of visitors every year. To be able to take a nice photo despite the tourists, it is recommended to walk towards Hag's Head, as it is often less crowded there.

While the Cliffs of Moher are certainly the most famous, there are many stunning cliffs along the coast of Ireland - especially following the Causeway Coastal Route and Wild Atlantic Way in Northern and Western Ireland offers spectacular views! The dramatic coastline and sparkling sea provide the perfect backdrop for any shot.

The next destination on our road trip is the Caves of Keash . Not only do the caves look mysterious, they have also been surrounded by many myths and legends for thousands of years!

If you fancy to stretch your legs after all these hours in your car, visit the stunning Glendalough area - a glacial valley nestled in the Wicklow Mountains. There is no better place for hiking than here, among moss-spotted monastic ruins, tranquil lakes and impressive nature.

If you need a bit of exercise after all those hours in the car, visit the beautiful region of Glendalough - a glacial valley in the Wicklow Mountains . There is no better place to hike than here, between moss-covered monastery ruins, clear lakes and the gentle silence of nature.

The end of our trip through Ireland is a visit to Cobh. Historically interesting as this pretty town was the last port of call for the Titanic in 1912, it is also the ideal place to take beautiful photos of the colourful cottages, the castle and the seafront promenade.

That's it for our #awalkthrough Ireland. All nature lovers or those with green fingers shouldn't miss our Instagram challenge, in which we are looking for your most beautiful #greenhideout this month!
