Leisure fun at Weissensee
Of course, the Weissensee is a wonderful place to stroll and relax. Here, group walks and tours through the neighborhood are organized and stories about the place are told.
When walking around the Weißensee, you can see two white peaks sticking out from behind trees. This is the roof of the Weißensee open-air theater ! When the season starts in May, you can see plays, concerts and even an open-air cinema here. Mirbachplatz is just a few minutes' walk from the open-air stage. The focus is on the church tower of the former Bethanien Church, which was unfortunately destroyed in the Second World War. There are various restaurants, cafés and shops around the tower to discover. The Berliner Lesesalon antiquarian bookshop is particularly recommended for browsing and if you fancy a small snack, you should go to Natas Berlin . A Portuguese baker there always prepares the famous "Pastel de Nata", which are simply delicious! Finally, you should stop at Eisspatz Stop by and try the delicious ice cream flavors (such as elderflower-strawberry-mint or vanilla ice cream with roasted pumpkin seeds)!

A creative break can be found at the Mandarie art school! They offer a variety of courses for children, teenagers and adults, inviting you to reawaken your creative side. From ceramics courses to drawing and comics workshops, there is something for everyone! You can find more information on their website.
You can find beautiful fresh flowers and plants, but also dreamy dried flowers in the small but cute Blumen Holm . If you have a very specific bouquet in mind or just want something individual, the employees on site will put something together for you with lots of love and heart. For a relaxing break, you can really enjoy yourself in the salt pearl . Here you can breathe deeply in the natural salt room or in the floating pool filled with body-warm salt water and simply take some time for yourself. If you want to be really pampered, you can also treat yourself to a soothing massage.
Snacks & treats at Weissensee
If you're a little or very hungry, you'll quickly find what you're looking for at Weissensee. The Pickmotion team has of course already tried out a lot of different things here! Here are our highlights:
MOJEWA Kitchen 's offering is super fresh, super tasty and vegan to boot. They serve so-called Surritos (a cross between sushi and burrito) or a large selection of SuBowls. The people are also super nice and you can pay by card! What more could you want?

There are also many tasty treats at Antonplatz . The stand with African dishes in particular, but also the fish truck and the coffee stand are a clear recommendation from Pickmotion. Right next door is the Toni cinema , where you can always see great film highlights.
You can have a particularly delicious brunch or sip good coffee at Babuschka , a Russian kitchen manufacturer. If you prefer something warm to eat, you can also try Russian specialties such as Pelmeni or Wareniki.
Berlin Burger Lover has something to really fill you up. There is a large selection of delicious burgers here – vegetarian and vegan options are also available.

Of course, there are also some good snack bars for a good meal in between: you can get a real Berlin lunch at Konnopke's Imbiss , while you can enjoy delicious paninis and fantastic cakes at Café & Bistro Happa Happa . You can go for oriental fare at Masala Imbiss or Sahara Imbiss , where you can also enjoy extra peanut sauce.
If you're looking for a delicious drink to finish off the evening, you don't have to look far: The Bademeister Bar has the best cocktails and refreshing drinks! It never gets boring either, because every Monday a new drink of the week is presented on their Instagram account. It's worth stopping by!
