Katrin originally comes from Rathenow, also known as the "City of Optics". She moved to Berlin in 2008 to study media design and has stayed in our beautiful capital ever since. In Berlin, she likes to spend her time at Rummelsburg Bay or the Herzberge Landscape Park, which she only recently discovered.
Katrin has been a passionate postcard collector since she was a child and loves to express her creativity - because creating something makes her fingers tingle, her heart jump and simply makes her happy. No wonder she immediately felt at home at PICKMOTION! With her years of experience in event design and e-commerce, Katrin brings a lot of independence, responsibility and inventiveness to our colorful team. Her friends and family would describe her with the three words creative, detail-oriented and reliable and we can hardly wait to see what great ideas and concepts she will implement with us!
To balance out her predominantly digital work and out of love for beautiful materials, Katrin also tries to spend her free time creatively and in an analogue way. Whether it's photography, bookbinding or knitting - Katrin loves to develop her craft skills, try new things and broaden her horizons. She also enjoys doing yoga or enjoying nature outside with her family to find some peace and escape the big city for a moment. By the way, a piece of chocolate is never missing - for those sweet moments at home or on the go.
Katrin's favorite motif at PICKMOTION is (ZG-0889-EN) "Keep Smiling!", which we designed with @andreinan . Why? Because the dogs with the painted grin on the mask are not only really cute, but also show us how important it is to never lose your sense of humor. We are happy to welcome Katrin to our team and are always delighted by her positive attitude and her charming smile!
