Her courteous nature is not only great for our office atmosphere, it also makes her the perfect fit for our customer service! What she particularly likes about working at PICKMOTION is the creative environment, both personally and spatially. For example, Caro finds it very inviting and inspiring that the office spaces are decorated with our products and design drafts from product development.
Aside from customer service, she could also very well imagine pursuing a social career. This social streak is also evident in her answer to the question of what is most important to her in life: "That the people around me are doing well." She says of herself that she has an "excited" personality - which is why she particularly admires people who seem to be at peace with themselves. It is said that people often admire qualities in others that they themselves do not have. Caro's energy, which she self-critically describes as "excitement", is certainly enviable: she is very creative and therefore often has several "projects" on the go at the same time. She likes to regularly repaint and decorate her apartment, is interested in watercolor painting and would like to take a painting course soon. In the future, Caro can also imagine tending her own large garden - preferably with an attached house in Brandenburg. With a clever trick, she fulfilled another lifelong dream almost 3 years ago: a Tabbert caravan. After a long, unsuccessful search for a suitable used model, Caro realized that she had to come up with something. Because the cult caravan sells very expensively even in poor condition. So Caro quickly changed the search keyword; more precisely, she peppered it with a spelling mistake - a trick that users of used platforms should definitely remember! So she entered "Tabert" instead of "Tabbert" in the eBay classifieds search bar - and found pretty much exactly the car she had imagined; within budget, with MOT and can be picked up right around the corner, in Brandenburg. Since then, the car has been an integral part of her leisure activities. She likes to go on tours through the surrounding area with her small patchwork family, her husband and his daughter. Especially now in summer, she also takes the boards for stand-up paddling on lakes and rivers with her.
Caro likes to be active and constantly on the move. She says that the "mindfulness" trend is not really for her and grins as she notes that her favorite card , A Lake and You , photographed by @jannikobenhoff , somehow reflects exactly that.
Even though a social profession would certainly suit the humanities graduate well, we are happy to have her on our team! Funnily enough, it was precisely this blog category, in which we regularly introduce our new team members, that played a decisive role in Caro choosing PICKMOTION: "The team just seemed likeable to me straight away," she says. We are happy to return the compliment!
