WHAT IS THE BASIC CONCEPT OF YOUR STORE?
Our concept store "Seventh Heaven" was born out of the conviction that books and design can be combined to create a special shopping experience. In a total of seven themed worlds, we satisfy our customers' curiosity for unusual products, their demand for quality and their desire for personal recommendations. With our know-how and our passion for literature and beauty (fashion & design), we put together a range for our customers that cannot be found anywhere else. With us, you can expect the unexpected and be inspired.
WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT YOUR SHOP? HOW DO YOU USE THE ADVANTAGES OF STATIONARY RETAIL? HOW DO YOU DIFFERENTIATE YOURSELF FROM OTHER STORES AND/OR WEBSHOPS?
Our concept store is deliberately not designed as a typical stationary bookstore that wants to compete with the large inner-city bookstores or the well-known online providers. We are rethinking the book trade and showing that, despite the not always easy conditions, a lot is possible. We rely on a high-quality mix of different brands and product ranges. We constantly surprise our customers with new thematic presentations. This invites them to linger and discover. In short: we offer something special. We focus on high quality and only recommend it out of conviction.
HOW DO YOU THINK YOU FIT INTO PICKMOTION? HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT PICKMOTION?
We associate PICKMOTION with postcards that are clearly different from others that you can usually buy: The special format and the Polaroid design make these postcards unique. In this respect, the beautiful products from PICKMOTION are just right for us, because we show what is special. Shopping with us becomes an experience.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE PARTICULARLY ABOUT PICKMOTION? WHICH PRODUCTS DO YOU LIKE BEST?
As already mentioned, for us it's the postcards, e.g. the small postcards with the beautiful illustrations and the original texts. Regardless of whether the motif is flowers, funny animals or beautiful patterns - the postcards from PICKMOTION always ensure good vibes and a good mood.
