Where exactly is your store located? What does it look like there?

Our shop is located at Martinistraße 16 in the Hamburg district of Eppendorf. A little off the main shopping street, but still easy to reach without the hustle and bustle of the crowds.

What is the basic concept of your store?

Our shop is mainly a studio and workshop, but we can now also call ourselves a concept store. We have perfectly adapted the office, studio and exhibition space so that every 'walk-in' guest is welcome to linger and browse. Handcraft and sustainability are also an important part of our concept - every MoinDori is processed by hand before being punched, sewn and printed with great attention to detail. The leather comes from chemical-free tanneries in Germany.

In your opinion, how do you fit in with Pickmotion? How did you find Pickmotion?

We discovered Pickmotion at the Nordstil trade fair and immediately fell in love with the designs because their size and imagery matched our notebooks perfectly. The cards and our books are made for each other.

What is special about your shop? How do you use the advantages of brick-and-mortar retail? How do you differentiate yourself from other shops and/or online shops?

We need the 'space' to make our handmade leather products and are happy about every customer who comes into the shop to hold the products in their hands and feel them. We also offer the special experience of occasionally taking a look at our work and the production of some of the goods in the studio while browsing. We differentiate ourselves from others by maintaining exceptional customer contact and by manufacturing and sourcing all products locally. We buy in Germany and still produce everything by hand.

What do you like most about Pickmotion? Which products do you like best?

We love the different designs, the city-related shots and we especially like the mini picks. The sayings and lettering are humorous, motivating, appealing and always very popular with our customers. We also liked the stickers and hope to add more.
