But let's start from the beginning: Cecile has been supporting our photography team and the graphics department since May. If you've been wondering who is behind all our great stories and posts on the Pickmotion Instagram accounts, we can now solve this mystery: As part of the social media team, Cecile is active on our accounts every day. But that's not all you get to see from Cecile: Our current new products include several handfuls of motifs in the creation process of which she had a creative hand in the game.
Starting from her small hometown near Munich, Cecile, who has now lived in Berlin for 4 years, has already discovered various parts of the world. For example, when she worked as an au pair near Boston after graduating from high school, then for a short time in New York. And the USA has remained in her memory: her dream is to live and work in the city that never sleeps for a while. Until then, however, she would like to enjoy her life in Berlin, filled with friends and art, and from there, discover the whole world step by step. A trip to Miami is planned soon, and another trip to Asia in the more distant future. When Cecile is not busy working on her latest object with brushes and oil in her boyfriend's studio, she enjoys getting lost in a good book, on the dance floor with friends, or doing yoga. According to her modesty, she is not yet a yoga professional, but she is largely inspired by the spiritual yoga philosophy. Two of her most important principles are to always go her own way and never to judge the different life paths of her fellow human beings.
When asked about her favorite music, the first name that comes to Cecile's mind is none other than the German gangster rapper Bushido. A balanced artist with a sense of spirituality and a penchant for German hip hop - how does that fit together? If you go your own way, it's hard to pigeonhole someone. We are very happy that Cecile's professional path has led her to Pickmotion and to many more great posts, stories, postcards and shared lunch breaks.
The rainbow color is a symbol of tolerance and acceptance, of the diversity of life forms, of hope and longing. These are all values that are very important to Cecile. For this reason - and because she likes the nostalgic charm - the card "farbrausch" by @erinsummer_ is one of her favorite cards.
