With Kerstin, we are happy to welcome another real Berliner to the PICKMOTION team! Growing up in Marzahn, she has a soft spot for the romanticism of prefabricated housing. Even though she cannot deny that there are nicer ways of living, she associates these kinds of buildings with her childhood and sees a lot of charm in it.
In her free time, she loves to play chess or table football, going out with friends or reading a book. Kerstin is also a real animal lover and always carries some bird food with her. Her heart is always filled with joy when she can offer a little snack to a bird!
Another great passion of hers is photography, which she has turned into her profession about 15 years ago. As a photo media lab assistant, she often planned exhibitions of photographers and spent a lot of time developing films and photos in the darkroom. Wanting to go more in the direction of journalism, she decided to do a traineeship and then worked for five years at a daily newspaper. Now she is at PICKMOTION and is frequently in contact with our photographers or on the lookout for new great motifs for our products. One of her favourite PICKMOTION motifs is ZG-0136-EN "Hello Sunshine", which we created with @mattcrump. We are very happy to have Kerstin in our team and to share our passion for photography with her!
